Filework

Filework is a design that is cut into the spine of the knife and filled in with epoxy.  This does not effect the performance of the knife, but is a very unique design element you don’t see on most knives.

Thorn Filework

This is the most commonly seen filework style.  It is very beautiful and adds a very custom look to the knife.

Bubbles Firework

This is a filework pattern that is cool pattern that is made with rounded elements.

Double Thorn Filework

This filework pattern has to be done on thicker steel knives.  It is a variation of the thorn filework style.

Bats Filework

This filework pattern is one that you don’t see very often.  This was a design I came up with while messing around with some scrap steel.
