This is the best epoxy I have found to attach your knife handles to your knives. It has enough working time that you can do multiple blades at a time and can be dyed to fill in your filework patterns too.
This is the black dye I use in my epoxy to fill in my filework patterns. A little goes a long way, you only need to use a small pea size amount to dye a lot of epoxy.
This is the white dye I use in my epoxy to fill in my filework patterns. A little goes a long way, you only need to use a small pea size amount to dye a lot of epoxy.
This is my go to CA glue brand! I use a lot of it when gluing up liners for handle scales. This works much faster than epoxy for the flat liners I use. It is very strong for this application.
This is my go to CA glue brand! I use a lot of it when filing voids on handle scales. The thin viscosity works very well to get dow deep in the voids that sometimes appear when shaping wood or other materials for handles.
The odorless version can also be used on foam!
This is my go to CA glue brand! If you don’t know about accelerator for CA glue, this stuff is crazy helpful! When gluing handle scales, you can spray this around the outside to harden the excess glue squeeze out very quickly. Also if you have an item you are trying to bond that you will be holding by hand, you can spray this on one side and then apply the CA glue to the other. It bonds in just a few seconds!
I personally like the pump sprayer option much better because I feel like I have better control using it. The aerosol version can spray a bit too hard and move the CA glue from where you want it.
This is my go to CA glue brand! Just like accelerator, this product is very helpful to have around incase of a misapplication of CA glue. Don’t ask me how I know! HAHAHA
This is my go to CA glue brand! These little tips that you can add to the tip of the bottle help get that CA glue right where you need it without dispensing too much product at one time. So handy for filling those voids that appear in wood burl.
This is my go to CA glue brand! Sometimes a void in a burl needs a little extra help. This black CA glue can really help with some of those gaps and voids.
When you have small amounts of epoxy to use and mix up, these syringes are great for filling from larger epoxy bottles. Most epoxy is mixed 1 to 1 by VOLUME, so using a syringe like this is the best way to measure by volume.
These swabs are so handy to help clean up those areas that require a little more aggressive epoxy removal.
These swabs are so handy to mix up your epoxy. I have used silicone mixing trays to try and have reusable items, they always seem to stick after a few uses. I don’t know if it is the heat from the epoxy reaction or what, but they end. up ripping or sticking eventually. These trays are nice because you can flex them to pour also as well as inexpensive.
